All products and prices of products described on this Website are subject to change at any time without prior notice.  The prices displayed on this Website are in US dollars. From time to time there may be information on this Website that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any information on this Website. We reserve the right to make changes in information about price, description, or availability without notice. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Website; however, the actual color you will see will depend on your computer, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display our colors.  Many of our products are a natural material, fiber or handmade.  Any imperfections or blemishes shall not constitute a defect, but rather part of the natural element. 

Credit Card Orders  

Seaside Inspired reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information.  For your protection, your credit card order may be delayed while we confirm the billing information. Seaside Inspired may cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected.  We also reserve the right to refuse processing any order from customers with a previous fraudulent order history record through our company or any other. The charge for your order will appear on your credit card statement as “SeasideInspired.com”.  If you contest the validity or amount of the charge related to an order, please email us to research the charge for you.  When emailing, please provide your first and last name; last 4 digits of the credit card and the amount of the charge(s).  Filing a dispute with your credit card company prior to allowing us the opportunity to prove the validity of the charge will be treated as a fraudulent act and reported to the credit card company as a violation of your credit card agreement. Seaside Inspired will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities related to the reversal of a valid charge for any order filled and delivered.

Shipping Costs 

Shipping and processing fees represent the cost to process your order; handling and packaging the products you purchase and delivering them to you.  Deliveries that are returned by the carrier, due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, undeliverable or unclaimed will incur a $5.00 administration fee and any associated shipping costs with the original shipment; return or re-shipment.  You may find shipping details and costs by viewing our shipping information. 

Returns + Exchanges 

Products may be returned within 30 days from the original delivery date.  An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained for all return packages.  Original shipping costs will not be credited.  All return requests will be provided a merchandise credit in the form of an electronic gift card, valid for one year from the date of issuance.  Returns will not be refunded to a credit card.  You may find the complete Return and Exchange policy by viewing our Returns information.
