How do I place an order?

1.         Purchasing an item

Select the item you wish to purchase. 

Enter the quantity to purchase; size and/or color (if applicable) from the drop down box and click

This will add the item to your shopping bag and allow you to view the current items in your shopping bag.

You may either click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button or click the CHECKOUT button to proceed with the checkout.

     2.          Checkout 

When proceeding with checkout, review the item(s), style/colors (if applicable) and quantity of the item(s) you wish to purchase to assure these are the items you wish to purchase.   

If you need to make a change, simply use the INCREASE (+), DECREASE (-) or REMOVE (x) buttons next to each item.   

If you wish to proceed with the purchase, simply click the CHECKOUT button. 

If you are using a gift certificate you would enter the gift certificate number in the box provided and click that box. 

If you are using a coupon, you would enter the coupon code in the box provided and click that box.  You will then see the coupon added to your shopping bag.

3.         Billing / Shipping Information 

Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement.   If the billing information provided does not match the records of your credit card company, your order may be delayed or canceled.

If your billing and shipping address are the same, check the box where indicated at the bottom of the page. 

Please review the information entered to assure the information is correct and then click CONTINUE CHECKOUT.   

If you wish to use an alternative shipping address, please enter the information under Shipping Address and then click CONTINUE CHECKOUT.

4.         Order Summary 

            Your order summary is now provided and you are ready to enter your credit card information.  The drop down window allows you to choose either Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

5.         Credit Card Information

            Enter your credit card number, verification number and expiration date.  The verification requirement is a three or four digit number located on the back of your card.  The number is generally found on the back of your credit card above the last 4 digits of your card number.  You may view an example of where you may find this number by clicking the HELP button next to the verification input box or by reviewing the below example:

6.         Submit Order 

            You are now ready to submit your order.  Click the SUBMIT ORDER button.  Once the information has been processed you will receive a receipt page.  This receipt will provide your online order number.  Although you will receive an email confirmation of your receipt, we recommend you write down your order number or print this page for future reference.  

How may I view the items in my shopping bag? 

You may view the contents of your shopping bag anytime by clicking "view bag" on the top of each page.     

If you have completed your shopping, you may also click this button to proceed with your checkout. 

How do I change something in my shopping bag? 

If you wish to make a change to something you have already added to your bag, simply use the INCREASE (+), DECREASE (-) or REMOVE (x) buttons next to each item.   

You may then proceed with the purchase by clicking the CHECKOUT button or continue shopping using the CONTINUE SHOPPING button.

If you wish to change a size or color for an item already in your shopping bag, you may click the photo of the item, which will take you back to that purchase page.

What forms of payment are accepted? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Seaside Inspired gift cards.   

Personal checks, company checks, money orders and purchase orders may not be used for online purchases at this time.

Can I purchase a gift card? 

Yes. Gift cards may be purchased online. To order gift cards in any multiple of $25.00, click here.

How do I redeem a gift card? 

When redeeming a gift card for an online purchase, please enter the gift card number in the “Gift Card No” box during the checkout process.

After the initial purchase using the gift card, the balance, if any, will carry forward until the expiration date of the gift card. 

Is the information I submit secure and safe? 

Every step of the online ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.  For additional protection, we will not disclose your credit card number in your order receipt; email confirmation or packing slip(s). 

My credit card keeps getting declined. What do I do?

We do not know the reason a credit card company declines a purchase.  There could be many reasons for a decline.  We recommend you try again later, use an alternate credit card or contact your credit card company.

My order is declined for an AVS mismatch. What does that mean?

If the billing address you entered does not match the records of your credit card company or match the address on your credit card statement, your order may be declined.  Please check the billing address and enter the information as is shown on your credit card statement.

I have a charge on my credit card and don’t know what its for. 

The charge for your order will appear on your credit card statement as “SeasideInspired.com”.  If you contest the validity or amount of the charge related to an order with Seaside Inspired, please email us with the following information so we may research the charge and provide you the information: 

-          First and Last Name

-          Last 4 digits of the credit card

-          Amount of the charge(s) 

Once this information is provided, our accounting department will research the charge(s) and email you the detailed information within 48 business hours. 

Seaside Inspired will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities related to the reversal of a valid charge for an order filled and delivered to you.

Information about our images, descriptions and prices. 

We make every attempt to provide accurate images of our products.  Because settings on individual monitors vary, it is often hard to show the exact color(s) of each item.  We will describe the color, the product and measurements (if applicable) to the best of our ability within the description of the product.   

Prices are listed for each product on the information page.  However, prices are subject to change and subject to human error.  If an error has occurred, we will contact you so you may decide whether you still wish to purchase the item.

Will Seaside Inspired rent or share my personal information?

Never.  We use the information you provide for internal purposes only, such as confirming your order, providing shipment notifications, communicating about your order, informing you of our new products, services and offers, etc.   We do not share this information with anyone outside of Seaside Inspired and its subsidiaries unless responding to an inquiry of a credit card company or law enforcement agency.
