Standard Shipping Rush Delivery Rush delivery is available to most destinations. We regret that this service is not available for oversize items and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states or to a PO Box, APO or FPO address. If you wish to upgrade to Rush Delivery, please email us your online order number and we’ll be happy to check the costs and provide this information to you. An overnight, 2nd Day and 3 Day Express option will be provided to you, to select from. The method you choose will be used and the costs will be charged separately to your credit card. Costs will be based upon weight, size of package and delivery destination. If you would like to obtain the costs prior to placing an order, please email us the list of products you plan to purchase and the shipping zip code. This will allow us to determine the costs and provided these to you.

Rush Delivery Shipments made outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are unable to provide an estimated cost. We recommend you contact the recipient’s customs offices for more information. Canada Duties and Tax Information. Canadian customers will be the importers of record and will be responsible for the payment of all customs duties, including any duties, taxes and levies imposed on imported goods under the Customs Act, the Customs Tariff, the Excise Act, the Excise Tax Act, the Special Import Measures Act, the Export and Import Permits Act or any other law relating to customs, as well as any penalties, interest or fines imposed under any of the aforementioned statutes (the “Customs Duties”). Canadian customers will be the importers of record and will be responsible for the payment of all applicable federal and provincial taxes, including federal Goods and Services Tax (“GST”), Provincial Sales Tax (“PST”) and Harmonized Sales Tax (“HST”) (the “Taxes”). Will you ship to Canada or International addresses? Yes. Effective January 2008, we have expanded our shipments to Canada, Australia and many island destinations. All prices are listed in US dollars. We will bill your credit card in US dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges for you. We suggest that you review the current exchange rate by clicking here. Due to the exchange rate, International orders are charged at the time of order placement and will be held until all items are available to ship complete. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipments to a Post Office box at this time. Please provide a physical address for shipment. Is there an additional cost for shipment outside of the continental U.S? Shipments outside of the Continental US (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, US Territories and International destinations) will incur an additional $25 in shipping costs above the standard shipping rate. How do I know when my order has been shipped? You will receive an email confirmation when your package has been prepared for shipment. Orders are shipped via ground service and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping company used and tracking number assigned to your package(s) will be listed within your order status. You may then enter the tracking number at the shipping company website to monitor your delivery. Some items may arrive in separate shipments, without additional costs to you. You may always check the status of your order at www.SeasideInspired.com. 1. Click the “order status” link at the bottom of the page. 2. Enter your email address; billing zip code or billing telephone number 3. Enter your online order number or the last 4 digits of your credit card 4. Click “submit” If your order has been shipped, the status will be listed as “Shipped”. Your tracking number will also be provided under “Shipping Method”. You may then monitor the progress of delivery at the shipping companies website. Will I be charged additional shipping for backordered products? No. You only pay one shipping rate, based upon your merchandise order total. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or we have reserved items for shipment at a later date, these items will be shipped at our expense, without additional costs to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship backordered items to customers outside of the Continental US and International customers. What is a shipping surcharge? Some items are larger and/or heavier than normal and therefore our cost to ship them is higher than other items. As a result, these items have a delivery surcharge. This charge is listed under the shipping tab on the product page and is in addition to the standard shipping rate. Policy on undeliverable orders or refused orders. The shipping carrier and tracking number(s) are listed within your order status, which you may view at anytime. We recommend you monitor the status of your delivery. This will allow you to see if the delivery company has attempted delivery, if there is an address error or a signature is required to complete delivery. You may then contact the delivery company to make arrangements to complete your delivery. When entering the shipping address, please assure the information is accurate. You will have an opportunity to review the information you have entered before proceeding to the payment page and again, before submitting your order. Deliveries that are returned by the carrier, due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, undeliverable or unclaimed will incur a $5.00 administration fee and any associated shipping costs with the original shipment, return or re-shipment. If the delivery was refused, the order will not be reshipped and processed as a return package, in accordance with our Return and Exchange policy. Customer Initiated Order Cancellation: If your order is currently “in process”, we are unable to cancel the order. This information may be found by viewing your order status. However, if your order is not yet in process or on backorder, you may cancel the order or any ordered item(s) by emailing us your request. Please include your online order number when emailing. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may return the order or item(s) in accordance with our Return and Exchange policy. Seaside Inspired Initiated Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order, backorder and reserve the right to not accept any subsequent orders from a customer where any of the following situations may occur: Billing / Payment / Shipping Information Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided, which may include, but is not limited to: - Incorrect or invalid credit/debit card number, expiration date or security code. - Incorrect billing information (billing information you have provided is different from that listed with your credit card company) - Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address (street address, city, state, zip or postal code) - Fraudulent information - Purchasing for Resale. In order to protect our intellectual property rights, resale of our merchandise for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling/reshipping may be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel all subsequent orders from such customers. Previous Fraudulent Order History Seaside Inspired may cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected. We also reserve the right to refuse processing any order from customers with a previous fraudulent order history record through our company or any other. Important information regarding your credit card order and Order Cancellation: Seaside Inspired reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information. For your protection, your order may be delayed while we confirm the billing information. If you contest the validity or amount of the charge related to an order, please email us to research the charge for you. When emailing, please provide your first and last name; last 4 digits of the credit card and the amount of the charge(s). Filing a dispute with your credit card company prior to allowing us the opportunity to prove the validity of the charge will be treated as a fraudulent act and reported to the credit card company as a violation of your credit card agreement. Seaside Inspired will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities related to the reversal of a valid charge for any order filled and delivered. |
