May I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You may send any item back for a merchandise credit or
exchange for another item, unless the item was on sale, listed as a
final sale. A corporate or large quantity order or a free product
provided during a promotion.
How do I return an item?
Please email us to obtain an RMA number within 15 days from
receipt of your order. When requesting an RMA number, please
provide the following:

Once you have obtained your RMA number,

Complete the Return or Exchange section of your packing slip
that accompanied your merchandise. In the appropriate box on the
Return Form, indicate the reason for the return and the action
to be taken, such as exchange or merchandise credit (gift card).
Place the Return Form in the box with your return merchandise.

Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the
package to the address provided with your RMA. Please be sure to
send your return via a pre-paid, insured, traceable method for
your protection. We can not be responsible for shipments sent
to us. Please use a shipping method to assure delivery to us by
the date listed in your RMA.

Upon receipt of your return or exchange, an email confirmation
will be provided and your request processed according to your
instructions.
Return Terms and Conditions
- All return and exchange requests must include the original packing
slip.
- The issued RMA number must appear on the outside of the box,
otherwise the package will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- CD's, DVD's and other media may not be opened.
- Returns received more than 31 days after the original delivery
date will not be accepted.
- Returns received without an RMA will incur a 20% restocking fee,
which will be deducted from the merchandise credit.
- Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be
credited.
- Returns will not be credited to a credit card, but will be issued
a merchandise credit in the form of an electronic gift card, valid
for 6 months from the date of issuance.
- Special offers (including but not limited to free shipping; order
discounts, etc...) may be subject to reduction by a return or
exchange. Please see the offer for details.
How long do I have to return an item?
Your return or exchange must be received by us, within 30 days from
the original delivery date. Returns received thereafter will not be
accepted and returned to you. Any shipping costs associated to
return the item to you, will be charged to you, after approval is
received.
Will I be charged shipping costs for an exchange request?
No.
Exchange requests will be shipped to you at our cost, unless the
exchange item is more than the original item and falls within a
higher shipping rate, in accordance with our shipping rate chart.
The additional cost of the item and the difference in shipping will
then be charged.
Example:
Original item cost $15 with a shipping rate of $6. Exchange item
cost $18 with a shipping rate of $8. You will be charged $3 for the
price difference of the item and $2 in associated shipping costs.
How is a return request credited?
Refunds
to credit cards are not provided. All return requests are provided
a merchandise credit in the form of an electronic gift card. The
merchandise credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of
issuance. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not
credited.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We do everything we can to assure a safe delivery, short of hand
delivering your order ourselves. Of course, there are times, no
matter how well you package an item, it will get broken during
transit. Simply notify us
within 48 hours from the time of delivery and we’ll
be happy to send you a replacement at no cost to you. Damaged
items will be replaced, rather than credited. If you do not
wish to receive a replacement, then you will need to request an
RMA for return of the item, which will be handled in accordance
with our Return and Exchange policy.
Enclosed with your replacement shipment, will be a pre-paid,
return label and instructions for return of the damaged item.
Therefore,
please keep
the box and damaged item – do not discard it,
unless instructed to do so.
If we are not notified of the damage within 48 hours from the
time of delivery, then you will need to request an RMA for
return of the item, which will be handled in accordance with our
Return and Exchange policy.
