We are unable to offer our products for re-sale purposes. 

Will you ship to Canada or International addresses? 

Yes.  We have now expanded our seaside to the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, New Zealand Australia and the surrounding Pacific Islands, effective, January 2008.  Please see details on International shipments at our shipping information page.

What shipping options are available? 

Standard Shipping
Most in-stock purchases are shipped from our distribution center within 3 business days from your order date.  Your order will be shipped to arrive within 2 - 7 business days from the date of shipment.

Rush Delivery

Rush delivery is available to most destinations. We regret that this service is not available for oversize items and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states or to a PO Box, APO or FPO address.  If you wish to upgrade to Rush Delivery, please email us your online order number and we’ll be happy to check the costs and provide this information to you.  An overnight, 2nd Day and 3 Day Express option will be provided to you, to select from.  The method you choose will be used and the costs will be charged separately to your credit card.  Costs will be based upon weight, size of package and delivery destination.

If you would like to obtain the costs prior to placing an order, please email us the list of products you plan to purchase and the shipping zip code.  This will allow us to determine the costs and provided these to you.

* Weather conditions and delivery destinations outside of a metropolitan area may result in an additional day for delivery.

Is there an additional cost for shipment outside of the continental U.S? 

Shipments outside of the Continental US (Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and International destinations) will incur an additional $25 in shipping costs above the standard shipping rate.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Seaside Inspired gift cards.    Personal checks, company checks, money orders and purchase orders may not be used for online purchases at this time.  Unfortunately, we no longer accept telephone orders.  Because the credit card is not present for a telephone order, we are unable to confirm the information and assure against fraudulent activity.  All orders must now be submitted online through our secure server.  This allows for communication directly with the credit card company to confirm the information provided is accurate with their records and the credit card is present with the card holder.  This also provides security to our customers, as we do not see your credit card information or store the information when an order is placed online.

Is the credit card information I submit secure? 

Absolutely. Every step of the online ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.  We do not store your credit card information or see the security information you submit, such as a CVV code.  Therefore, we are unable to offer a reoccurring purchase option or store the information for your next order.

How do I purchase/redeem a gift card?

Gift cards purchased online may be redeemed online only.  Gift Cards are shipped for free via USPS first class mail with a special gift message that you provide. 

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and not redeemable for cash.  After the initial purchase using the gift card, the balance, if any, will carry forward until the expiration date of the gift card. 

When redeeming a gift card for an online purchase, please enter the gift card number in the “Gift Card No.” box during the checkout process.

Will I receive confirmation of my online order? 

When placing your order online, an email address will be required to complete your checkout process.  A confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address provided within 24 hours. 

Due to spam blockers installed through many ISPs, you may not receive your confirmation due to the email being blocked.  Therefore, we recommend you write your online order number down after completing the checkout process or print your receipt page for future reference. 

How do I know if an item is on backorder? 

If an item is temporarily out of stock, a window will pop up listing the item as a backorder.  You may still reserve the item for shipment at a later date, as your credit card will not be charged for the item until it has been processed for shipment.

If the out of stock item(s) will delay shipment of your entire order, you will receive an email notification. 

If an item is temporarily out of stock, but the balance of your order is available for shipment, the balance will be shipped and the out of stock item will be listed as a “backorder – reserved for later shipment” on your packing slip. 

The shipment of backordered item(s) will not incur additional shipping costs to you.

Backordered items will not be shipped to customers outside of the Continental U.S.

How do I know when my order has been shipped? 

In-stock items are generally shipped within 3 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date of your order. 

You may always check the status of your order at www.SeasideInspired.com.  

    1.  Click the “order status” link at the bottom of the page.

    2.  Enter your email address; billing zip code or billing telephone number provided with your order

    3.  Enter your online order number or the last 4 digits of your credit card

    4.  Click “submit”

If your order has been shipped, the status will be listed as “Shipped”. Your tracking number will also be provided under “Shipping Method”.  You may then monitor the progress of delivery at the shipping companies website.

Do you have a printed catalog?

We do not currently offer a printed catalog.  All of our items are available for purchase through our online catalog.

Will you sell or rent my email or personal information? 

Never.  We use the information you provide for internal purposes only, such as confirming your order, providing shipment notifications, communicating about your order, informing you of our new products, services and offers, etc.   We do not share this information with anyone outside of Seaside Inspired and its subsidiaries unless responding to an inquiry of a credit card company or law enforcement agency.
